Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms govern access to and use of the CoorFunds platform operated by BUSCOOR. By accessing the platform, you agree to comply with these legally binding Terms.

2. Nature of the Platform

CoorFunds is a structured treasury and financial coordination system. It is designed for internal business financial monitoring and operational governance. It does not provide accounting certification, tax advisory, or legal advisory services.

3. Eligibility & Authorization

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be authorized by a company to input financial data.
• You must provide accurate, lawful, and truthful information.

4. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Companies are responsible for managing internal user access and permissions. BUSCOOR is not liable for misuse resulting from internal credential sharing.

5. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Submit fraudulent or misleading financial data.
• Access unauthorized company data.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the system.
• Use the platform for unlawful activities.

6. Financial Data Responsibility

All financial entries, including sales, payments, expenses, supplier records, and treasury reports are the sole responsibility of the company entering the data. BUSCOOR is not liable for financial losses caused by inaccurate user input.

7. Pi Network & Cryptocurrency Payments

Where applicable, transactions processed through Pi Network are handled via Pi SDK. BUSCOOR does not store private wallet keys and cannot reverse blockchain transactions. All cryptocurrency transactions are final.

8. Service Availability

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, hosting providers, or third-party infrastructure such as Pi Network.

9. Intellectual Property

All system code, design, branding, and intellectual property belong exclusively to BUSCOOR. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUSCOOR shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses due to incorrect data entry
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Technical failures beyond our control

11. Termination

BUSCOOR may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mozambique, unless otherwise required by applicable international regulations.
