1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the CoorFunds application (“CoorFunds”, “the App”),

owned and operated by BUSCOOR (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using CoorFunds, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the App immediately.

2. About CoorFunds

CoorFunds is a cloud-based treasury and financial management system designed to help businesses track daily cash flow, purchases, payments, expenses, inventory-related values, and financial reports.
The App may be accessed through a web browser or inside Pi Browser.

CoorFunds does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Eligibility

To use CoorFunds, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized by a business to enter financial data
• Use your own Pi Network account when logging in through Pi Browser
• Provide accurate and truthful information

4. Account Registration & Authentication

4.1. Pi Network Login

When accessed through Pi Browser, CoorFunds uses the Pi SDK for identity verification.
You authorize CoorFunds to receive your Pi UID and username for authentication purposes.

4.2. Business Accounts

If you are assigned as cashier, treasurer, or admin inside CoorFunds:

• Access must be authorized by your company
• You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data you enter
• Misuse may lead to account restrictions or removal

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Enter fraudulent or misleading financial data
• Access other companies’ data without permission
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or damage the system
• Use the App for unlawful activities
• Bypass authentication or security features

BUSCOOR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Financial Data & Company Responsibilities

CoorFunds allows companies to record:

• Daily sales
• Purchases & payments
• Expenses & categories
• Supplier records
• Inventory-impacting financial entries
• Cashier & treasurer reports

Companies are responsible for:

• The accuracy of submitted data
• Providing correct financial information
• Managing staff access permissions
• Complying with applicable tax laws and regulations

BUSCOOR is not responsible for errors caused by user input mistakes.

7. Payment and Pi Transactions

CoorFunds may include Pi-based payments for business services within the Pi ecosystem.

You agree that:

• Payments inside Pi Browser can only be made using Pi cryptocurrency
• CoorFunds does not handle fiat payments inside Pi Browser
• User-to-App transactions are processed through the Pi SDK
• BUSCOOR does not store your private keys or wallet credentials

All Pi transactions are final and non-reversible.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

9. Availability & Service Interruptions

We aim to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted operation
• Absence of bugs, delays, or system errors
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

BUSCOOR may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

10. Intellectual Property

CoorFunds, including all content, code, design, logos, and intellectual property, is the exclusive property of BUSCOOR.

You may not:

• Copy
• Distribute
• Modify
• Sell
• Reproduce
• Reverse engineer

any part of the App without written permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the App
• Unauthorized access is detected
• Fraudulent financial data is submitted
• Your company requests account removal

You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BUSCOOR is not liable for:

• Financial losses caused by user-input errors
• Incorrect business data entered by staff
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business
• Technical problems outside our control
• Unauthorized access resulting from weak passwords or device issues
• Downtime caused by hosting providers or Pi Network infrastructure

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mozambique, without regard to conflict of law principles.
